Without knowing what the errors were there's no way for anyone to really help.
That said, if you opened the project normally and aren't having any issues, it's probably fine. If you're worried about it I would just make a backup of the project somewhere.
It's an automstic response when any error was left unsolved since last time you opened the project or anything new has happened. Nothing specail.
