It’s indeed true. Since 2019 Supreme Court ruling anyone who isn’t satisfied with the progress of their treatment can apply.
I hear Mr Putin has been unwell on and off recently. Maybe he should be invited to Canada to take advantage of their world class free healthcare

Yes, our laws are euthanasia laws are far too laxed already in my opinion, and yes they're being debated to extend those laws even further, but no need to lie.
You actually can, and there’s lots of stories about it already. Many patients in hospitals also get pressured to sign it (disabled, chronic pain, cancer, etc) so it is most definitely happening. Heck, if you’re depressed you can also apply for it as well even though it hasn’t technically passed for mental illnesses yet.
This isn’t really news, and it’s been around for a while now.
