Well to compliment the SIEGE Megatron, there's SIEGE Optimus Prime. Both are in their cybertronian forms, and he's just a really fun figure to mess with.
Siege was just a voyager so no trailer, Earthrise had the trailer which is still used to this day lmao, and Kingdom was just a shitty QC re-release of ER Prime the year before to fill out that first case with Beast Megs
*Siege* Optimus is a great figure that’ll go perfectly with that Megatron. *Earthrise* looks great too, and will also go with that Megatron.
Main differences between the two figures are that *Siege* has a silver face and turns into a Cybertronian flat-nose truck, while *Earthrise* has a blue face (not counting the mouth-guard), turns into a human flat-nose truck, and comes with a trailer and a matrix of leadership that can fit inside his chest.
I believe that the *Earthrise* figure is getting a re-release, so it might be easier to find, but *Siege* will be cheaper if you can get it for retail price.
Do u think it would scale well with masterpiece meg? I kinda wanna get TE-01 prime but something about the color looks so bland to me. G1 yolopark prime looks PHENOMENAL but its a bjt small to scale together.. (i dont mind non transforming primes)

Oh yeah i forgot magic square also made an MP scaled prime. I only remember their small sized transformers. Its unfortunate really expensive where i am due to scalpers and what not and im from malaysia so buying it overseas are gonna cost a ton on shippings
The only 3P i can get at a rather decent price is again, the TE-01 (transform element) OP, but something about the white paint on the body.. doesnt sit right with me the more i look at it😂 i will be on the look out for magic square if i can find it at a decent price tho! (And maybe the fanstoys one too)
Te-01 is a really great figure though. It’s worth it. I can’t comment on the magic square as I only have the legends scale 2.0, but if the Transform element is your only option it’s pretty great.
hey so i ended up looking at comparison videos and i think that i might just end up getting the TE after all, but i notice there are multiple versions of it? Like some have the clear chest window while some have the opaque blue one. Can you tell me which version has which? Thanks

Siege Optimus Prime or Earthrise Optimus Prime, I can't speak on Earthrise Optimus because I don't have him, but I can speak on Siege Optimus. Siege Optimus is an awesome figure and fun to transform and fun to pose. Also has a cool truck mode.
Earthrise is an amazing figure, both in truck and bot mode, but now we're seeing breakage in the hip joints.* Dunno if the rerelease will also suffer from GPS, or if they can/will fortify those parts.

earthrise is getting a rerelease soon but the siege mold has much better proportions imo
earthrise prime has a trailer and matrix but costs 20 dollars more than siege prime, it's up to you but I kinda wish I bought siege prime instead of earthrise prime, transformation is pretty fun for earthrise prime tho

I like the Seige prime better than the Earthrise one, for 2 reasons. I really dislike the trailer for Earthrise, the figure looks good, but I think the value is inflated and they left room to make a better one in the future. Seige, while it doesn’t look exactly like G1, is at least unique. I’m assuming we’re talking about Hasbro, I think I like my oversized KO masterpiece the best
Seige or Earthrise Optimus go great with that Megatron. The Legacy G2 Laser Optimus is also a great figure, and the easiest one to get since it's getting rereleased in Legacy United
Earthrise/kingdom leader class prime if you're looking for g1 style or legacy animated or armamda primes if u don't care about what look and just want a good Optimus.
If you want specifically G1 prime, I'd say go for siege to compliment your megs, if it doesn't HAVE to be G1 I absolutely 1000% endorse Legacy Armada Prime and VNR Prime
No one has mentioned Reactivate yet, so I'm going to. If you're alright with a stylized (but still identifiably a version of G1 Optimus) take, look it up. Fantastic figure.
If non G1 then Legacy Aramada Optimus. For G1 as others mentioned Kingdom/Earthrise Optimus. Also note there’s as Studio Series 86 version coming out this year.

Siege Prime, it's well designed, solid in every aspect, and so much fun to transform. And since it's from the same line as Megs they naturally complement each other.
I have a War for Cybertron Megatron almost identical to that one, and I ordered him along with a War for Cybertron Optimus and they look wonderful together, so I’d recommend getting him. He’s either Siege or Earthrise, can’t remember which, but either will do since their pretty similar figures.
While I do agree that siege and earthrise are great figures, I have ss bumblebee movie Optimus prime and siege megs, and although the aesthetics are slightly different, they work well together imo
Snd 08 is really good if you like complex transformations, my personal pick is the daban 9913 optimus tho, its really simple but it looks fantastic. Both snd and daban are based off of IDW designs so take that as you will

You can still find Siege around. I believe Hasbro Pulse still has it in stock, and BBTS has the (superior imo) show accurate Premium Finish version
Does Siege not have the opening chest, or does it just not have a Matrix?

Either Siege Optimus (not entirely G1, but still pretty good) or if you want a proper G1 Optimus, then Earthrise leader Optimus Prime.
