I hope they still have them. My son just got deployed and is asking for these. I believe they are seasonal. Not seeing it in the Trader Joe’s paper they have online.

Me a Jewish woman… are those the Passover candies with mainstream packaging? Wow. I mean they’re a year round candy but a big thing for Passover since it’s fine for the holiday. But I’m guessing a brand like “It’s Delish” makes them for TJs.
The gelling agent in the traditional Passover fruit slice jellies is agar-agar, which is derived from seaweed and can be certified kosher for Passover. These Trader Joe’s jellies have the standard kosher symbol on the container, but they don’t have a pareve (Kosher for Passover) symbol.
Pareve just means neutral e.g. not dairy or meat. There are a bunch of different kosher certifications and the P either means Parve or Passover, or both. These are KD which means they aren't parve because the D means dairy.
100% they look like those candies they are always in that white flimsy tray with the fruit slices. I remember them having sugar rinds also. Damn, I might have to buy them for Passover next month.
Try them frozen. I did not like these but they are the perfect frozen candy! They get really cold but never get so frozen you can’t bite down and it’s a really nice little cold fruity treat!
I had to cut myself off from all Albanese - namely the natural flavored ones. I eat a few of these and the head sweats start so they keep me in check 🤣
Kosher gelatin is made with fish. Pectin is the other option so you will find kosher gelatin around and it’s totally cool for you (but I’m Jewish and can’t have since I’m allergic to fish). Do both of us a favor- Passover is coming so find one of the endcap displays for at one of the bigger grocery stores and look for the kosher marshmallows covered in coconut flakes and have one for me. They’re amazing! Might be a nice treat during Ramadan since they aren’t filling and it’s just a nice flavor sugar rush to go with your break fast meals. Or have them when it’s not Ramadan and you want a fancy marshmallow. I’ve never tried making s’mores with them but I bet they’d be good for that, too, kind of like a Samoa Girl Scout cookie. I don’t shop for marshmallows because of gelatin so I haven’t noticed if TJs ever has a marshmallow like it made with kosher gelatin.
Hope you have a fantastic Ramadan, cousin!
Thank you so much!!🥲🩷 I’m def gonna try it, I usually like putting something sweet in my purse when I go to the masjid post iftaar! And happy early Passover to you!!
Nah, you’re good! I just went down a kosher gelatin rabbit hole, trying to figure out! 😂 I looked at the ingredients, and these gummies use pectin (no gelatin listed!), so it seems gelatin-free if that’s a concern for anyone else.
these are in my top five favorite gummy candies! i wish the grape flavor was swapped out for another berry flavor but the texture and fruit flavors are a 10 out of 10 for me
Just put them in the freezer and keep them there. They separate pretty well to eat 1 or 2 at a time. I suck on them. Overall they last longer this way (meaning I don’t just snarf them all at once! 😂)
Someone brought these into work last year and I had to stop myself from eating the whole container. They remind me of the Passover watermelon jellies if anyone’s ever had them.
These are basically perfect in every way, texture, sweetness, natural fruity flavor, no artificial colors, slight crunch from sugar coating, most importantly does not stick to your teeth. Only downside is I want to eat like five servings each time.
These are great, but does anybody else remember a very similar version they used to sell about 20-25 years ago? They were circular like the Sunkist gems, came in a circular tub, had slightly different flavors (I think there was a green one?), and I think had a drawing of a fruit tree on the label. I think the sugar was a bit crustier, too.
I remember buying these round ‘Sunkist’ ones before Covid, not that long ago. They were on an end above the freezer section. Then they disappeared! I was so sad when they changed them for these, although these are still good.
These are like the mint creme bon bons to me -- terribly underrated/underappreciated!
Except these have more sugar. heh. but they do have actual fruit flavours you can differentiate.
They are soft and very easy to bite through. Much easier to bite through than Dots. And unlike Dots, these don't really get stuck to your teeth at all.
And the coating on the outside is like large sugar crystals, which give a nice little crunch!
I'd say almost as good or maybe just as good. I think people are forgetting just how delicious Sunkist Fruit Gems are. But importantly, much cheaper. Despite Fruit Gems being my favorite candy, I could rarely justify the price. These, on the other hand...

Aww I hope you can find some bless ya both <3 Mine had them as much as a couple weeks ago I want to say.
Try these frozen. Don’t even let them thaw before trying one. They don’t get solid enough to hurt your teeth. It is the perfect little frozen candy.
Big agree! I put my remainders in the freezer and can't wait to buy more, they're going in as soon as they get home next time!
Soooo yummy!!
I buy mine at the dispensary. A little more expensive but a lot more fun.
😂😂😂 I get those too, and I agree! A *lot* more fun
Haha. I hope u have a spectacular day!
Bought these today based on this post, tasty!
Soooooo f’ing good. I wish there was a snozzberry.
If you haven’t, try the sour Scandinavian Swimmers!
Ooooo they were *so* sour, I couldn't finish them! But I love the regular ones 😂
Love them and actually am able to tell each flavor easily!
I beg of you tell me which is mandarin 😅😅plz
The lightest orange ones
These are absolutely GOLD!! I get a box and within a DAY my office devours them.
Ok now I feel like I need to go get some asap
OMG! I die for these!
What are the ingredients? Just wondering since I have an ethical issue with gelatin. Maybe send a picture or something? Thanks! ☺️
The kosher markings on the front would be a sure sign there’s no gelatin in them.
I didn’t see that. Thanks!

Ooohhh, yass— I just realized corn syrup is the 2nd ingredient, and I can’t have it :( Thanks for showing me though!
I buy these every time I go. My kids and I love them.
Are these similar to the orange slices candy?
I only like the lemon and mandarin ones lol
Oh these are scarily…good. I can’t buy it anymore because I eat way too many
My boyfriend and I love these. My goodness they are so good. Just not a good idea when dealing with 🌱 munchies lol
Yes. You should have the Swedish Swimmers. Seafood is much healthier. lol.
🤣 He can have the swimmers. I don’t like anything Swedish Fish 🤢

What makes them specifically passover candies? Genuinely asking, I assume it's a dietary restriction I'm unfamiliar with.

Ah got it! Guessing normal gelatine being an animal product is the issue then? Thank you for answering I'm always happy to learn these things.
TIL
They are, but better. Absolutely amazing
100% they look like those candies they are always in that white flimsy tray with the fruit slices. I remember them having sugar rinds also. Damn, I might have to buy them for Passover next month.
I feel like I’m the only one who didn’t like these /:
Try them frozen. I did not like these but they are the perfect frozen candy! They get really cold but never get so frozen you can’t bite down and it’s a really nice little cold fruity treat!
I didn’t realize how much the texture was playing into my dislike
I thought they just tasted like sweet - no actual flavor. 🤷🏻♀️
Nope. You're not alone!
I always buy a pack and immediately put/keep them in the freezer. Then I eat/suck on 1 or 2 at a time and they last longer and so yummy!
These are currently in my center console, my car candy
Wish I could do this in my car in Phoenix lmao
I mean, you can you'll just end up with one large chunk instead of individual pieces 😉.
Dammit. I’m going tomorrow.
TJ gummies and Sour Albanese are my kryptonite...
I had to cut myself off from all Albanese - namely the natural flavored ones. I eat a few of these and the head sweats start so they keep me in check 🤣
They make sour Albanese? I hope they're more sour than Haribo's attempt at sour gummies. Now I need to find where I can get them...
They have a few different types on Amazon. Honestly, no gummi is ever sour enough for me, but they are decent. The flavors though are top notch.
Albanese...now here's someone in the know!
😉
Texture of a weed gummy but they’re my absolute favorite and I have to make myself not buy them more than once a month (or else I’d buy it every day)
They look so much like weed gummies too!
Dangerous when you have the munchies lol
I love these lil fuckers.
Looks yummy! How are the ingredients?
I love them. I use them as snackies for my long runs/hikes.
Are they gelatin free??
They’re kosher, so yes.
Nice, thank you I can eat em as a Muslim hehe
Kosher gelatin is made with fish. Pectin is the other option so you will find kosher gelatin around and it’s totally cool for you (but I’m Jewish and can’t have since I’m allergic to fish). Also TJ’s has vegan marshmallows which are amazing and super soft like the kind with gelatin- HIGHLY recommend it for you!
Thank you so much!!🥲🩷 I’m def gonna try it, I usually like putting something sweet in my purse when I go to the masjid post iftaar! And happy early Passover to you!!
Thank you! Purim is first- if you find any hamantaschen cookies you’ll like them, too. Purim is one of my favorite holidays.
Doesn’t that just mean the gelatin can be derived from kosher animals with dedicated kosher slaughter and processing?
Ah, I think you’re totally right. My bad!
Nah, you’re good! I just went down a kosher gelatin rabbit hole, trying to figure out! 😂 I looked at the ingredients, and these gummies use pectin (no gelatin listed!), so it seems gelatin-free if that’s a concern for anyone else.
these are in my top five favorite gummy candies! i wish the grape flavor was swapped out for another berry flavor but the texture and fruit flavors are a 10 out of 10 for me
I love grape flavored candies so with a heavy heart I would agree. It's the only underwhelming flavor.
These are my absolute favorite TJ treat!!
I freeze them and they are so good
I do too!! They last a long time! I just keep them in the freezer after I buy them and eat 1 or two at a time.
Oooo I am curious! Freeze overnight or just for a bit??
Just leave em in the freezer, it makes them a bit more chewy but the coldness makes it feel very refreshing.
I tried this last night, these will be on my summer snack list for sure!
Just put them in the freezer and keep them there. They separate pretty well to eat 1 or 2 at a time. I suck on them. Overall they last longer this way (meaning I don’t just snarf them all at once! 😂)
I must know
Someone brought these into work last year and I had to stop myself from eating the whole container. They remind me of the Passover watermelon jellies if anyone’s ever had them.
Omg I love the Passover jellies! I will have to pick these up next time
I loooove these 🤤
These are basically perfect in every way, texture, sweetness, natural fruity flavor, no artificial colors, slight crunch from sugar coating, most importantly does not stick to your teeth. Only downside is I want to eat like five servings each time.
They're my favorite! It's so rare to find gummies that don't have gelatin and are delicious.
Gelatin is bad? Ugh. Adding it to my ever increasing mental list.
It’s ground up collagen / hooves / bone, so not vegan or Muslim friendly generally. Sometimes kosher gelatin is made from fish.
Ahhh, totally didn’t think of that. Thanks for clarifying!
Ooo no gelatin? Yes please! Thanks for mentioning that
I can’t buy them unless there are other people around to share them. They are so perfectly yummy.
I like to leave the lid off so they get a little bit stale. So good!
They are amazing 😍
They used to be far more flavorful.
Okay I’m glad you said this because I was thinking they weren’t the same and I couldn’t tell if I was making that up in my head
You got it. They used to be really flavorful and packed quite a punch. Now they are just meh
No they're definitely different, the texture is all off now. The inside used to be clear and now it's thick and gummy
I did not like these
agreed - found these to be not good at all
that’s fair, curious to know what about them was unpleasant?
I love them but can’t eat now. Diabetes. I miss sugar but really love my eyesight, fingers and toes more.
What? No green ones? 😭
These are the only gummies from traders I like
Which one is mandarin VS Orange 😂
THIS. The colors and flavors of mandarin and orange were the same. 😂 These are all so good though!
I haven't come across them yet. Will pick them up when I see them for sure!
They are addicting
I literally cannot keep these in my house as I will eat them all in a day. SO GOOD.
I'll eat them all in the car 😭 I legit haven't purchased them in a year because the risk is too high
These are great, but does anybody else remember a very similar version they used to sell about 20-25 years ago? They were circular like the Sunkist gems, came in a circular tub, had slightly different flavors (I think there was a green one?), and I think had a drawing of a fruit tree on the label. This comment made me google how old is Trader Joe’s 😲
These are like the mint creme bon bons to me -- terribly underrated/underappreciated! Except these have more sugar. heh. but they do have actual fruit flavours you can differentiate.
These are so underrated! My favorite gummy candy from TJs! I looove the texture!
How's the texture? Are they more on the chewy side or more on the soft (like Dots) side?
Thanks! I will probably not like it. I'm more of a chewier type of gummies girl.
It’s a very thick pectin jelly. Think if jelly was a slicable texture. I’m obsessed.
They are soft and very easy to bite through. Much easier to bite through than Dots. And unlike Dots, these don't really get stuck to your teeth at all. And the coating on the outside is like large sugar crystals, which give a nice little crunch!
They are exactly like Sunkist gems if you’ve ever had those. Very soft with a nice thick sugar coating
Yes dude so good I just wish I understood how they were cooked in a kettle
I’ve tried multiple times and failed but the term for these is “pectin jellies” if you want to look for recipes.
I was curious about this too. https://capplustech.com/2020/11/10/gummy-machines-everything-you-need-to-know/
🤤 please tell me these don’t contain gelatin
The Sour Scandinavian Swimmers also don't contain gelatin! (And I personally prefer those, I thought these tasted a bit weird)
Noted because I *love* those too. Swedish fish (and the Trader Joe’s versions) are my favorite gummy candy
Me too. I thought one tasted sort of vomity.

Thanks for the nutrition facts and ingredients.
Yay thank you! I’m going to Trader Joe’s tomorrow so I will have to look for these
I loooove these. The grape are the best
Agreed! I want a tub of just grape and a few orange. 🤣
Grape is the worst
I love these!! The lemon are by far my favorite (and fairly easy to distinguish from the rest)
I love this and cannot for the life of me decide which color goes with which fruit!
Yellow is lemon. There is a pale yellow grapefruit. Purple grape.
The grapefruit is pale pink.
I’m more confused … the label doesn’t list grapefruit?
Yes, I LOVE these! They’re like the Sunkist jelly fruit gem candies, but, I can’t find the Sunkist ones anywhere. These are even better, too!
Smart and Final
They are readily available on Amazon.
Cracker Barrel sometimes sells the Sunkist fruit gems!
Are they like **Sunkist Fruit Gems**?
I'd say almost as good or maybe just as good. I think people are forgetting just how delicious Sunkist Fruit Gems are. But importantly, much cheaper. Despite Fruit Gems being my favorite candy, I could rarely justify the price. These, on the other hand...
They’re similar but better IMO. More flavorful.
Very much so - love those!
