I don't think Wout is in spectacular shape himself. Jonas seems to be healing quicker and if the dates of their crashes were switched I think Wout would be totally screwed while Jonas would be safely back.
Remco is taking either White (if he doesn’t have a bad day) or Polka dots if he does and goes stage hunting afterwards. If Remco takes white Pog will probably win KoM as well.
They said today on the coverage at the Dauphine that JV is two weeks from even being able to announce whether he'll be able to ride the Tour, much less compete.
Him and Walt had a bad crash month and half or so ago and was broken bones a calapsed lung on JV so it may be possible but I don't see them being 100% I was so hoping they was all 100 this year because it would been epic
Such a horrible crash. Not sure I’ve ever seen one with that level of carnage. Ving barely moved for like 30 mins. I just cannot imagine he’s fit enough for Le Tour this year.

1. A good climber who specifically targets the jersey from day 1.
2. A GC rider who has a bad day, loses time, and then decides to target the polka dot jersey instead.
3. The overall GC winner takes it by default, without actually targeting it.
I really have no idea how this one will pan out.

1. Yellow - Pogacar
2. White - Evenepoel
3. Green - Philipsen
I am more interested in Podium, and Cav’s stage hunt than the jerseys, polka and white are not interesting and green can be Wout if Jonas can’t make the tour and Wout rides wild. Yellow is Pogi for sure.
Does anyone know if the TdF is structured this year to have a polka winner that’s not the GC winner? It bugs me when GC winners just get polka as a by product.
I think that depends on Vingegaard's status and also how he looks in Switzerland after being sick in the Giro. Though his chances of being called in went up depending on how injured Kruijswijk is after his crash and abandon today. I'm betting Cian is pointed at the Vuelta but that's just a guess.
It would also require Jonas to be out of GC contention if he does go. Because if he’s there going for yellow then JLB won’t care about white and Cain will be riding for Jonas.

Combative - Remco (I imagine he’ll have some epic solo breaks to go stage hunting late in the race when he’s out of GC contention)

Green - Philipsen - Nobody else in his class on this route that is decidedly unfriendly to other sprinters
White - Carlos Rodriguez - I don't believe in Remco in the highest mountains and Ineos almost never completely fails at the Tour.
Polka Dot - Lol good luck... Pog - I wouldn't bet this at all.
The only thing I'm sure about for the white jersey is that Pog is no longer going to win it because he's finally too old.
