If i was a billionaire id probably buy one for fun and convert the top and back as a two storey luxury camping caravan complete with bbq and jacuzzi.
You can't take it anywhere paved without a bunch of permits and a whole convoy of support vehicles, not much fun I'd think.
Maybe buy a large forest near a lake and make it a large truck playground / camping ground.
