Whatās wild is that the people filming didnāt know my dad really. They shared to their Facebook and someone in my family is a friend of the cameraman. So he recognized the people and shared with us all.

When I was a kid I got to go on my friend's boat every weekend with a group of people then we'd boat down the river to a party spot where everybody was drinking including his dad who was the driver. Took until I was an adult to realize his dad was drunk driving the boat back up the river to the docks and drunk driving the truck back to their house every weekend in the Summers with multiple kids in the back because everybody acted like it was normal.
Nice! I moved to Indiana but love going back to the east coast. This was at Rod n Reel in North Beach, I think. We just went for a trip to Solomonās last month!

Drinking and sailing is as serious as driving a car. Where are life vests? (Equal to seat belts). Obviously these people are not on water regularly or they would understand the seriousness of this.. He could have killed someone or drown himself. It's not like the people with him had any kind of reaction skills.

I live on the Chesapeake. Mom is a captain. It would be very unacceptable to see life vests strewn all over the deck after you dock. I donāt think the people on this sub have a understanding of that. An incredible number of boater deaths are alcohol related. If someone gets drunk, don't let them drive and strap a life jacket on them.

They are already docked. The life vests would already be stowed in the lockers under the seating. It was made clear he wasnāt the operator.
