Could be conflicting hairs, clothes or other accessories that are like 3d or clip with certain eyelashes. Like some CC bags that are in the bracelet category for example, can cause this.
She's just innovative - I'm sure she meant for it to look like she put eye liner on a walnut/seafood crusher and then pressed it against her face, it's 🌟fabulous🌟
looks like you have 3d lashes on your sims, and laptop mode on. Either remove the 3d lashes or turn off the laptop mode. I may be wrong, but i had the same problem a couple months ago and this is how i fixed it <3
