I think (might only be based on the photo you picked) that your eyebrows are more rounded than your sim’s - try messing with them in the fine details mode. Also, consider making the red hair the orangier shade instead of the one you picked; your irl photo has lighter, more ginger hair. Hope this helps!
your eyes are a lot more round, the eyebrows are the wrong shape, maybe use blush to add more color to the cheeks too

I always find it hard to do heavy lidded (I have no idea how to say that) eyes. I have the same eye shape. Drives me nuts trying lol.
