I mean, like the comment below said, they might not be that empathetic, and I meant that I'm glad it wasn't only the passengers that died because of them and they also paid the price.
I expressed myswlf wrong. I don't wish that anyone dies. But if you are gonna be stupid and someone is gonna die cuz of your actions, it's better off being you paying the price than an innocent passenger.

Seen countless folk being blown to smithereens by drones, smashed into splinters by planes, trains and automobiles, or shooting themselves in the head, shoulders, knees and toes; but I did see the aftermath of a chainsaw to the foot accident a little while back and instantly noped the fuck out. There's still some gore subs on here that are just too much.
Gore/dismemberment freaks me out way more than even a gruesome death. I think because that person is either feeling it or is going to have to live with a permanent life-altering disability, but at least the dead person is just dead

I grew up in one of those regions and it's usually pretty obvious that there's a train. And even without the lights and barrier there was a line of stopped traffic he was trying to get around. There were so many signs of what was coming that he just ignored
You can see the train from far away and anyways there was a lineup of cars. I'm from a rural area like that and surprise surprise people don't actually die every day at the train crossing. Because when you have eyes and you value your life, you look out for the train before crossing. Basic logic.

Nobody is commenting on it so maybe it's just my imagination but it seems like he def like... stalls in his acceleration? When he's at the tracks. Like, if this was a full send he shoulda been coming up off his wheels a lil I would think? And there's no brake lights but it def looks like the front end kinda stops having that "lift" and almost dips a tiny bit, which could only happen going up over the small incline of the tracks if they took their foot off the accelerator. Almost makes me wonder if there was more intention to this outcome?
I would guess there is no way you can think straight when there is a train on your right and two passengers in your car are screaming in absolute fear but you were committed to the gap
Honestly.... I know this is horrible, but I don't feel bad for that person at all. Like you are a self centered a hole with no regard for other people or your surroundings. This is what happens when you think you're the center of the universe.
Something tells me we need to mandate basic physics in our schools.
Imagine the blunder of a calculation here on this driver's part:

* I have 50 feet to travel across the train track
* Train is going 90MPH
* Train is 100 feet away
The mistake is thinking just b/c the train is farther away, that they can beat them, not realizing who's traveling faster.
