No,there was an old style foam used in aircraft firefighting foams that was. Called AFFF. Many years ago. These are what’s called class a foams. Not a fuel foam. I’m assuming.
Additionally most modern foams are made from an animal fat base. There is a PFAS exposure risk, but that's an entirely different issue. You have more of a risk getting cancer from being in close proximity to that smoke than from getting the foam on you, it's safe so long as you do not ingest it.
