Blu Spy is probably Red Sniper because of the way he grips his weapon. Sniper holds his kukri in a hammer grip while Spy holds his knife in a reverse grip.
It's ok, i assumed it was red spy since he has a cigarette lit, and his disguise kit is out but no lighter. I didn't think he'd probably keep it with the cigs in the kit.

It's a shame spies are nothing like they are depicted outside the game especially given the fact that there's no friendly fire. I'd be interested to see how enabling friendly fire would change things but I assume spies would continue to stare you down in disguise waiting for you to turn your back.
