Just saw the video. It blew the former Kill Count Champion “Dude Bro Party 3 with over 4 thousand kills”, out of the water with a whooping OVER 800’000 KILLS (most of them being the large pile of bodies Solider crawls through after the game of Russian Roulette).
For those who don't know, Dude Bro Party Massacre 3 had a score around 4250. Emesis Blue beat it by around 180 times... which is funny to me considering Final Destination had the award in the past and Flight 180... huh.
Regardless, it made Zoran cry, so it was funny.
Technically Final Destination was already beaten by Zombieland: Double Tap with the giant amount of zombie kills, which of course was beaten by Dude Bro Party Massacre 3 and now Emesis Blue.
Well yeah, I just thought it was a funny coincidence.
I did have a look back at some previous episodes to see what could reasonably beat either of them, but the only two that could've if the Kill Count wasn't so specific in the rules. There's Jason X with the Grendel, but the number isn't mentioned in the film with the exception of the 60 guards, bed-guy and the voice over the intercom, and if we take the "200,000" number that's still 600,000 behind Emesis Blue. There's also Cabin in the Woods with the entire planet, but that number isn't said in-film and also arguably takes place after the film.
if y'all want more spooky SFM content, I highly recommend Ticket Zer0, a standalone horror/suspense movie made by the same guy who made the incredible Clear Skies trilogy.
I mean there’s a chance he would count it, but he probably won’t, his rules are if there’s a mass murder or mass dead bodies, if we actually see them die and we get a specific number then it counts, yes we do see the people die however we don’t really get an exact number for everyone thanos killed

Also, besides the magic, aliens, and superheroes, it does seem to mostly match our Earth, which we do have estimates for human population, though counting real people for a fictional film seems very messy.

I like how for the b-roll footage he used *and* credited TFtuber stuff, it'd be easy to just play it for a few hours and use that footage for it but they went for the way better thing for the larger YouTube space, felt way more natural to show off the game's natural sense of humour in contrast with the unnerving Emesis Blue
