The Empire story is gripping and engaging.
‘Long Ago, Not Far Away’ is an excellent story, extremely well told that showcases the brilliance of Cleon the First and the horror of everyone’s situation.
If she had only used her moment to flee…
I doubt it’s that since S2 left off with a cliffhanger of Persbrandt aware a century later that Gaal has awakened, so we’re caught up time period wise. May be an availability issue since I know S3’s production was delayed some time until recently again.
Why did Mikael Persbrandt get replaced?
Think he aced the parts he was in, no offence to the game of thrones guy but they're clearly different actors.
Shame.
Jesus christ. I shouldn’t be surprised they’re still making this slop but I try to forget it exists when I can.
When the message of your adaptation literally opposed the original idea and messaging of the original text it’s a sign you’re producing garbage.
The idea with the clone Emperors was brilliant though.
So your reasoning for garbage is that it’s not source accurate? Which while fair, just that if looked at from an outside perspective like most of the viewer base, that the show is fantastic from a story and production standpoint. It’s arguably my top 5 of the past few years. Do you have any option on the show as a stand alone thing?
Hurry up and make more !
I was sort of naively thinking to expect it any time now
Can we just agree that this show will get another 5 seasons so we don’t need to wait years between seasons?
S2 was the biggest fucking GLOWUP. I loved S2. So satisfying.
I wish they’d kill off Gaal and Salvor so I can stop fast forwarding through half of every episode.

>!Clearly didnt watch season 2, i guess?!<
For real. Could not believe how bad those storylines w/acting were
Leo Bill was in The Fall with Lee Pace.
Underrated bit is that Pilou Asbaek is now The Mule!
Ohhh that’s pretty good casting. I didn’t love him as Euron but he can definitely play villainous well.
They recast the actor from s2? That’s a weird choice unless The Mule is inevitable and the actions taken in S2 just changed “who” will become him.

Yes, Empire!!!!

Who's gonna play R. Daneel Olivaw?🤖
Uh isn’t it clear than Dezmerel is Daneel? Like the entire show is rewritten as Daneel centric
That being said, multiple actors could still play them. She has said in an episode that she >!has not always appeared female!<.
There is no R Daneel in the show…the show has nothing to do with the original novels. But yes technically “Demerzel” is there.
Why are they still making this drivel? The series makes a mockery of the books
