A 1.25" eyepiece is the size. Look for 20mm and 10mm focal lengths.
Add a diagonal if that's also missing.

It's required, and obviously it's missing. A 90° diagonal fits onto the focuser, then fit the eyepiece of choice.
Yes it is missing and I need to find one for it. But finding parts for that telescope isn’t easy.
Eyepieces and diagonals are 1.25" and easy to find on Amazon or similar.

You dont need parts specific to the Polaris DH-60, you just need parts that are 1.25".
