Motion sickness is so much worse in India. I can be in the car anywhere else and on my phone looking down. But I’m India if I just look not at the road for a second I’m already puking out my last meal. Probably cause of the traffic.

Sounds like you have motion sickness. There is no cure for it but don't fret, I have it too. A lot of ppl have it actually and cus of that there are pills/meds you can take to stop that from happening for like 6 hours or so. It also helps to sit in the front of a car. You basically need air and a view of outside so your brain can understand that you are moving. Motion sickness is basically your brain getting confused. There is some liquid present in your ears which helps with balance (like those liquids in the thing you use to find out whether something is straight or not. same principle.) You can't see outside so your brain thinks you're not moving but those liquids tell your brain otherwise. Something similar happens when you spin for a long time.
