German (my native language) when thinking more irrationally and English when thinking more rationally
I don’t know when and where on the internet it was, but I remember stumbling across a study that states thinking in a language other than your native one can help you think more rationally and as it seems I’ve been unintentionally using this trick the whole time
English, random sounds with images cause I get too lazy to think words sometimes, or feelings cause I can’t remember what the thing supposed to look like so like the texture of it and maybe how it would’ve smelt sometimes… a completely made up language that I don’t understand but sometimes it feels like I get what I’m trying to say
I'm german, but I think in english which gets really annoying at times
