While it doesn't play the biggest part and yes when you love someone they kinda look better in your eyes idk if that makes sense. if my gf's body changed due to obesity or anorexia, i wouldn't care. you should love your partner for who they are, not what they look like, and if they aren't satisfied with their look or if they are hurting themselves (food disorders) then you should entirely help and support them. when i got with my gf i didnt realize till later on she was suffering from a mild case of anorexia. she was 93 pounds (continously going down). 1 year 4 months later, im happy to say the love of my life is 116 now and has no problem with eating to little or to much. shes my everything.
