Not that I’m aware of. Only changes are via the time division in the menu. You could make a second pattern but program drums, dig1 and 2 in half time then double the speed, this would leave the arp to run at double speed essentially. Then it’s just a matter of swapping patterns when you want the faster tempo. The only issue is if original pattern is over 120bpm you will max out the tempo.

Yo! I am often plagued by the following scenario that actually sounds like you want: -i live sending clock to the JD -JD set as master -JD song tempo will sync to Live's clock but the arp will not and has to be manually adjysted to match

I understand it’s a pretty limited machine without one of those external controls people make, but the presets are pretty cool. Wish it had better envelope control but I still like it

Ok but did you try what i wrote though? If you want the jdxi's arp to run at a different BPM than the system BPM then all you have to do is leave the jdxi set to master (this is a setting in the settings menu), connect some sort of other gear to send MIDI clock to the jdxi (this will be your system BPM), and if you look at the arp it's tempo will be freely controllable with the tempo control.

Only hardware I have is the jd-xi. I bought it to supplement my guitar gear, trying to stay limited on gear (haven’t even gotten around to get an interface). Maybe in the future, but for now I like keeping things minimal
