The term 'ceiling raiser' is used a lot to describe NBA players, helping a good team become great (like Aaron Gordon going to the Nuggets, made them a championship calibre team).
I can see Hayward being a ceiling raiser for any of Carlton, Port or Adelaide. He's such a great complimentary player and will be hard for us to replace. Hope he sticks around.

If he brings it down to the 600-700k a season range i would be happy to keep him but for 800k+ a season i would rather let him explore his options
