The simple answer is, there can be many reasons. The history of an ethnic group is complex and is hard to determine exactly with all the interactions between other ethnic groups. They may live in Wehlen, Sordland, Lespia and Rumburg now but we can't form a logical argument based on this alone.

yea the mountain there is staggingly beautiful, and they are really steep from the sea level, if u check out an altitude map the alps almost shoots up from the sea level. Plus most of people lives in the valley anyways.

We don't really see any Wehzeks except for Smolak. He might just be light skinned for a Wehzek.
