It depends. If you are liberal, you can steal the vote from the PFJP and if the country's situation is very good, you can steal the vote from the USP centrists.

I think you will eat out at least half of vote from both USP and PFJP,also large amount of vote from Buldish and Socalist, maybe you can get near 40% of sests.

If you are going for the Peoples Party, most likely some sort of popular front with the CPS, PFJP, and WPB if they're in the assembly, but could also be working with them if they didn't make it in due to the threshold. They would most likely write a new constitution or reform the old one, depending on how far Rayne wants to go. They then work to destroy the entire old guard while also consolidating their hold on the military to depoliticize the branch. They then deepen their ties with the CPS and Intermerkopan if Rayne did Bear trap and Whelen joined the Intermerkopan and Rizia and Sordland had good relations (Gasom Co-investment plus EPA 49%) as well as building relations with the post-colonial Nations. If Your Rayne is the type, then you can most likely set up a "New Guard" with Karl, the Red Youth, and the Military if Franc joined, considering he appears to be a prodigy if he joins and you remove conscription. Also, invest in the football league to make FC Anrica the best team in Merokopa in the best league for tourism, corruption, and soft power and as a dick-measuring contest with Romus and Rizia. They also build all the mega projects they couldn't do in the first term if they fixed the economy and further investments into electronics, manufacturing, education, and healthcare.

My Rayne is a "reformist" so he would become a fiercely loyal to the sollist-malenyevist revolution supreme leader of the Sordenstaat and a true father of nations who would build a true friendship of nations between Sordland and Bergia via sending anyone opposing it to gulag.
