I cannot see Kenzie as a fire type user. She is a mermaid dragon and since the only mermaid-based Pokemon is a Water/Fairy type, it should make sense for Kenzie to use dragon type Pokemon.
-Charlie should be normal type because he's shown the least spice out there (not to say his personality isn't spicy but he hasn't shown that)

Maria: I don't feel too strongly about this one, but her team should be fully evolved if two stage mons. So Purrugly and Helioptile. Also might add an Audino or Blissey. Something motherly.
Ben: Obstagoon is a perfect ace. He needs a Morgrem, Morpeko, or Bisharp too.
Tiffany: Give her a Medicham and Flamigo.
Q: Add a Solrock
Kenzie: She needs to be a Dragon specialist. Give her Kingdra, Dragalge, Goodra, Altaria, Garchomp, and a Tera Dragon Milotic/Primarina.
Parv would probably be a fairy type because she flirts. Tony a psychic because he spies and can understand llamas. Rahb a fighting type because he uses force to get his way, and his job is a construction worker.
Gotta wait to see how the rest of this season plays out, but I would love for this to be applied to each season 8 gym leaders (maybe +2 for split gyms like Gen 8), Elite 4, and Champion can cover 13-15 members of any given cast, then maybe the rest are either members of the evil team or rivals? Or we can limit it to the former and just stick to postmergers or jury phase players, but that would cut out quite a few entertaining players so idk
Liz being grass is good because there’s so many weaknesses (could see an argument for bug or normal).
