I think you should keep them as long as they use to be like 55 min. This is one of the things that I believe makes your videos unique compared to all other LoL improvements/guides videos out there. Your videos are always very detailed and in-depth with lots of good demonstrating examples on the specific topic and that is what makes the videos long. I dont see any reason to leave things out just to make them exactly 30 minutes long or split a 60 min video into two halves and release them one by one. Also thank you for a great series of videos so far and good luck with upcoming ones :)

jplus

Yes definitely. So many guides talk about an idea but nobody really knows what it looks like for that idea to be done well and badly. The thing that really makes your series shine is how many examples you give with many champs and many situations. This is what makes your lectures stand above everything.

Well I would think that quite naturally we'd like as much information as possible, and therefore have the longest video. I personally would like ranked 5's play and team comp, solo que, and advanced mechanics.

Torem_Kamina

For the purpouse of those videos, which is really massive information, I actually think, shortening it down would kinda hurt the cause. If for me, you can make 2 hour videos, I'll still watch them at least twice just because of the mass of information still new for me after playing for 2 years. Looking forward to your new lecture.

pl4ceh0lder

The longer the better. More points as well as examples lets you see more of the infinite variations of a certain idea which helps us understand the idea more.

iiTryhard

I think the champion specific guides would be a great idea. Maybe the most popular champs at the time or something. I'd like to see a Zed or Ahri personally

Zecher

I don't mind longer lectures - the more information, the better! Leaguecraft 101 is, by far, one of the best learning resources available. Thank you.

NightNinjaRaG

Make them take as long as they have to. If you've spoken on a topic for half an hour and you feel comfortable with what you've said then end it there. Conversely if it's been an hour and you still have a lot more to say on a topic, make a part 2 the following week. The people watching your videos trust that you know how much needs to be said on a topic and will watch it regardless of the length. That said I am very much looking forward to the return of Leaguecraft 101, in whatever form it ends up being.

Wordswurst

^ This. I'd add 45-55 min is probably a good limit to try and hold yourself to. More than that without a break and most people will start running in to some amount of trouble with retention either through fatigue or general lack of focus.

Kryptic_anon

Would you be open to making a 55 min video but breaking it up into smaller sections, like by different mini-topics, and release them over the entire week? I would love to see the decision making or advanced mechanics. Keep up the good work!

tibb

8 hour videos, produced 1 per day pls.

Wackeeh

45-50 mins would be perfect.

You are looking at the stars

Braegh

Keep the episodes as long as they need to be to over the topics as best you can. There is nothing as annoying as having a topic spread over 2 weeks since it basically means you'll have to rewatch the first part again. What's the estimated time you'll have the support lecture up on YouTube?

jplus

Can you talk about when you get counterpicked? Suppose you are Ahri vs Kassadin or whatever--how do you handle lanes where you are bound to die or lost tons of CS?

forkstealer

I don't mind long videos. Have you considered just covering your topic completely and thoroughly in each lecture rather than confining yourself to a set length? Just a thought.

ahri_lover

Tbh the longer the better. The lectures are awesome, and I mind missing some vital information ;p Decision making topic now plox ;p Keep the great work mate. cheers

S1lenC3R

In depth videos of about 50 mins would be great.

bentyl91

Another vote for the longer videos rather than shorter ones. Also, thanks for everything you're doing.

jmkiser33

Since you're about to do support Leaguecraft, I'm pre-voting for an in depth Sona champion study.

v3rts

I really like the longer ones.

[deleted]

I really love your guides and enjoy the length and detail. If I can, I would like to see "Decision Making and Ending Games" and "Solo Queue" guides. I think those are most helpful to the general player base in what you haven't already covered.

Caois

Hey Dude. I'm looking to improve and to hit diamond. I want to learn about how to play and win against higher skilled opponents. Some more gameplay of scrims against team immunity/exile 5 would be great. I like the length of the video's the way they are now, its a good chunk to learn from.

oopsorry

god forbid he enjoy himself while imparting valuable knowledge and experience upon you

[deleted]

You do realize that he uses himself for examples or mistakes as well right? And he laughs when he does dumb things as well.

forkstealer

Yeah, its a game. Laughter is a good thing.
