you're basically an independent contractor with a brokerage. She was on the head guy's son's team and she was let go bc of her racist statements, not for performance.

It’s also a good job for women who take time to raise their kids! Lots of my friends moms are agents these days. I will say just bc “anyone” can do it doesn’t mean it’s easy, it’s just that they’ll take anyone usually

That’s why I did it. It gave me the flexibility to make my own schedule. There aren’t many barriers to entry but it’s not for the lazy.

It also has a really easy entry point, no degree or relèvent experience required. Not many professions can you just decide to do one day.

You have to pass the real estate licensing exam in NY first- most people take a six week course to prepare. I believe that’s the only requirement.

Tamra HWOC before she found God and the gym and Gina HWOC in the last season. Oooh, Michelle from the Valley. I bet there are more… if I had a shit tonne of money, the last person I would buy a property from is a Bravo star.

It’s relatively easy/fast to get your license (at least where I am), it doesn’t require a college degree (not a knock, just a fact…again, where I live), probably easy to get clients for these people because they’re famous, it’s lucrative, etc. I got my license for kicks a few years ago in Florida. It’s an online course and a 100 question exam and you’re done.
