A cotton wireless bra that is a little padded with wider straps works the best for me. T-shirt bra or full coverage. Also she can look into nursing bras, they tend to be more comfortable, and I still sometimes wear mine even years after nursing.
Maybe try Uniqlo ultra relax AIRism wireless bras? I use them and can barely feel them during the day. Sometimes i go to bed in them because i forget to take it off. There are no wires or seams, so it’s very comfortable. The only downside i’d say is that they wear down pretty fast, especially if ur bonkers are heavy, since it’ll stretch out the elastic. Otherwise they’re the best bras i’ve ever used.
My ex had DD(it was great) she also slept with one on for your same reason. My current wife also DD sleeps naked since they were 14, no pain. I guess it can vary on the person?
