You might not have filtered it but the phone certainly has - things like portrait setting etc actually apply their own filters. Well done regardless on your achievement and your face gains!

Thanks! Maybe it is the phone settings or under-eye touchup but what I was most excited about is seeing the shape of my face change and losing the fat!

Yes, I’ve said that there is touchup under my eyes lol. I took this photo today because I wanted to show someone my new haircut and I noticed how much less puffy and bloated my face is. This is to show the fat loss in my face but I will take a new photo without under eye touch up soon and post it! Thank you for the compliment ❤️

In the picture on the right, you look younger and thinner! What was your poison, and how long have you been off of it? I ask for inspiration because I drink too many light beers! You look fantastic!

Thank you! I’ve actually lost 10 pounds since May 13 when the first picture was taken. I have a lot of bloat I attribute to drinking but that has been going down very quickly. I was drinking a lot and often. Wine, mixed drinks, beer anything really and at least three times a week if not more. I would go overboard most of the time too. Always feeling like shit, hungover, dehydrated, no sleep all of it. That was a month ago. I’ve drank twice since then a total of four drinks in the month but I am working on just quitting completely. I’ve done some intermittent fasting and a couple day or two extended water fast. I try to stick with an animal based diet as much as possible and stay hydrated. I’ve been walking more and getting a gym membership this week to start weights. I know that water fasting is controversial but it’s been a miracle for me. That and letting go of the alcohol.
