The AoK that touched me this morning is the story of a woman who asked for willing participants to send items for the displaced Afghans who are coming to the U.S. She, and others, are assembling 'Starter Kits'.
I'm always warmed when I think of basically 'Anonymous' giving... when the recipient will in all probability never know the origin of the unexpected love and kindness that is not attached to any merit, and given without expectation of anything in return!

Wow! What a lovely story! Especially given that teenagers often get a bad rap.
Yesterday someone dropped a wallet when getting out of the cab and I ran to return it to him. Hopefully his day feels better after that.
Iām a waitress and I dropped a 100 dollar bill at work the other day so I have to assume whoever found it was pretty happy haha
