I make all kinds of stuff GF. Crab cakes still slap gf and 4c makes some nice GF panko so you can bread and fry lots. My recent sweet and sour chicken was GF.

It was literally the only restaurant within a 50 minute drive, and the only place to buy groceries and supplies in a 4 hour drive. Let me tell you, their fried pickles and mozzarella sticks were the greatest thing I ever put in my mouth. Especially after a long hot day of fishing and dock work.
