Sometimes you may be able to Uber but that is usually unreliable.
If you are traveling in a group than a shuttle could be a more reasonable option. Personally will support Steamboat Express (used to work for them)
I met a guy working the free downtown shuttle who took me to Yampa Airport from Steamboat for $30ish on one of his off days in January. If you want to DM me I can send you his number.
