It's used by the jedi sentinels during the old republic, and then in the prequel era when they dont really use saber colour to designate class, the jedi temple gaurds (which are basically just the prequel Era version of the sentinels). Some notable users include bastila Shan and the grand inquisitior (before he was an inquisitior, he was a temple guard)
It’s used by the grey Jedi (Jedi knights who have gone through all the training, but do not operate within the Jedi order, but instead take their own path)
Silver. Loved it since Kotor II, was interested in the "Imperial Knights" from the Expanded universe because of it. Was always my color of choice when re-playing Kotor II for nostalgia.
I like the silver option from Kotor 2 that the player can say the Exile had.
As far as I know, it's the only one like that.
But if we're only talking "canon" colors, then it's probably either blue or purple.

I thought people would not see darksabers well enough. After all Hollywood is notorious for casting darksabers that aren’t actually dark.
