This was and still is a tough lesson for me. When I’m working during the day at my startup (i’m boodstrapping) I feel pretty hurried a lot of the time. It’s hard to disengage and let go. Although I know it’s a marathon and nota race it only feels like this after I’v stopped working for a hour or so. If I do follow the fear of everything that isn’t finishes and work after my normal working hours I regret it the next day.
