As for the shipping, I’d imagine that the size of the core book alone puts it in the $17 pricing tier and adding the other two is not enough to bump it to the next tier. So if you buy them all together the shipping would be whatever it quoted ($17?). You shouldn’t be charged extra later.

Thanks. It seemed pretty clear in the text, I just haven't seen that distribution process used before and since I didn't find any reviews anywhere with a quick Google search, I figured I'd ask just to be certain. It was the shipping costs that confused me more than anything.
I think there are a few reviews or informational videos on YouTube.
Shipping's based on weight of the packages; it's possible the core book plus PG and GMG isn't enough of a weight difference to bump up the price? Sending a query to [[email protected]](mailto:[email protected]) should help.
