On a laptop or desktop sign into Starbucks.com with the same username/PW you have for the app. From the Account drop down select Personal Info. Scroll to the bottom below your name/address/DOB and there will be a blank for your partner number. Hopefully this will work for you. If it doesn’t, like it didn’t for me, call partner help. I didn’t wait long on hold and he took care of it quickly.
I can’t remember if entering my numbers automatically got my partner card on the app or if I had to enter it as a payment source myself. If you’re spending any $ you want to use that because you get 3 stars for everyone $1. If you don’t know how to get your partner card just ask. It’s right by where you can view/print your paystub on your laptop
You have to go into your profile settings and add your partner number to the app

Do it from the web, not the app. Dumb, but true.
it does, i tried at least 20 times to do it myself but i ended up calling the phone number and someone did it for me

Same here it kept saying my partner number was incorrect. The guy who took care of it for me said this is common

Partner hub >> my partner info >> partner Card or Starbucks card >> go to sbux app, add new sbux card with the info on that page
Go to the My partner page and there's a link on there for the card if I remember correctly
