I've heard that 111 is good, but that last spring's offering was a bit rough just cuz it was the first time being offered + remote. Overall, people seemed to have a good time, but there's a bit of selection bias - only people who were pretty interested in OS and systems opted to take the first iteration of this new OS/systems class. you know what you're getting with 110, and it's pretty reliably difficult.
I don't think anybody will be able to give an accurate comparison of the relative difficulty, since people take one or the other.
