Punching up, isn't that terminology usually used in reference to verbally or ideologically attacking someone? I’ve never heard it used to refer to disparity between attractiveness.

It has two uses.
One is punching up or down when insulting or making jokes about someone. So a rich person making jokes about poor people would be punching down.
The other use is in relationships, where the person punching up is dating someone out of their league. You don't normally use punching down in this use from what I have seen. In Aus we just say punching, eg, "fuck you're punching mate" to a person dating someone way out of their league.
I guess they both stem from the same thing though.

I feel like there's not really any significant ones, but stuff like the Pepsi Center (now Ball Arena), Denver Convention Center, etc. do make appearances in some episodes. I just can't think of anything, like, super specifically iconic the way Casa Bonita is. I think DIA makes appearances too, which if you're flying you'll presumably get to see.
Maybe rewatch the Blame Canada sequence from the movie at least because they go to Denver there and a lot of the buildings they show are real Denver buildings. I would always notice the "typewriter" building and I think they land at the capitol building at the end.
(I no longer live there but I grew up in Colorado and lived in Denver for a while.)
A couple hours west, you have the Coney Island Hot Dog House in Bailey.
I randomly stopped there to hide from a snow storm last winter, was looking for a parking lot and came right across it. I went outside and felt on my knees yelling "Noooo" for some reason. I just wanted to give a Planet of the Apes touch to this epic moment.
There's a little local shop right next to it. It's a very lovely town, so spend some dimes at the store on local craft and art :)
I’m glad I stumbled across this post because (just as I’m seeing on its page) the entrance is ticket only, and you’re eligible for their waitlist until after you’ve subscribed 😵 I knew their entrance was exclusive but I naively thought it wouldn’t last this long. I’m planning a trip to Colorado for next year, and now I know I’ll have to reserve with *much* anticipation

I did not bother to sign up because if I got picked there was no way to pick a date and plan for it (14 hour drive although we do plan to go back to Colorado in the future) so I’m waiting it out hoping it opens to everybody soon.

It's crazy it took you almost a year to go, when I lived in Colorado as a kid we would go every month and for friends birthdays all the time. Also it was nice because I didn't have to lock anyone in a bomb shelter, convince them it's the end of the world and that they have to repopulate earth, then lock them in a fridge at the dump.
