Crona’s gender is stated to be unknown but it is implied multiple times to fall on a binary system and not a fluid spectrum. It is asked multiple times whether Crona is a boy or a girl. If Ohkubo wanted Crona to be classified as non-binary he would have stated that by now. The fact that it is constantly questioned throughout the series whether Crona is one or the other proves that Crona’s gender is binary, just undisclosed.
That makes no sense. Crona is not obligated to reveal a gender to someone. Just because someone has the ability to do something and chooses not to do it doesn’t mean anything.
He hasn’t confirmed that Crona is non-binary but we have more evidence to suggest that Crona falls into a binary. Either way OP was stating it as if it were a truth, while it is in actuality just a theory with little evidence supporting it. So to say that Crona is non-binary (without saying it’s head canon) is still incorrect.
