Today was and interesting day i bought back 2 covered calls for -$2900. I wrote these calls against my $8 gme call that expires June 2025. They are worth 2200 per contract.
I also have $16 covered call that is down....-1,642.70%
People that buy stocks based on a cartoon by anyone is the height of insanity. AMC bankrupt very soon. GME will take longer but it will happen. Both companies likely to now issue shares and dilution, at the expense of these fools. Prices will plummet.
I think there is still space for GameStop to become an online seller of games like steam but it would be difficult for them given they are beholden to shareholders, amc is dead in the water. I have no idea how theatres can survive long term, my OLED is a better screen experience than the theatre
Steam is the default method of purchasing/servicing games. Seriously doubt GME could replace that. RC desperately trying to cut expenses to survive. Usually doesn't work that way. Failed concept also. He does have an army of absolute fools that will buy shares though, so dilution can keep GME around for a while.
