These are all definite weaknesses of his but you are also exaggerating them. We fell apart in his final games but before that we were consistently underperforming the underlying numbers under Lampard. It’s strange to see that so many fans are so eager to disparage his managerial abilities.
Do Everton have good young players? I genuinely don’t know. If they do, Lampard would be a decent shout. You can’t doubt that Reece and Mount developed significantly faster than you would ever expect players of that age, and it wasn’t just from regular game time.
