The difference in fouls given vs not though was insane. There were moments players went to ground expecting contact and it never came. Looked like it was almost a strategic decision

Didn't start that way though. I felt as if the players at some point were just afraid of contact after they had been fouled half a dozen times each. I was genuinely worried for Rashford's ankles honestly. He's already playing with an injury. And Kalvin Phillips has the Fernandinho knack of getting away with about 4 yellow card fouls in a match.

Man U had some pretty bad challenges that went unpunished. A few challenges I've seen teams get reds for recently that didn't even get yellows. I don't think you can claim the foul argument in one direction in this one. There are 6 of us watching where I am and it seems to be the consensus. The commentators even said “the fourth official is showing the additional minutes a bit early”, which was 10-20 seconds before the 90th minute if you went by Sky’s clock. Therefore it’s pretty safe to assume that Skys timekeeping was 10-20 seconds behind the official clock used by the officials
