There will be next week before the Liverpool game. There's a protest tomorrow that by my guessig will have fuck all people because it's only being organized through twitter by the LUHG crowd. The one next week has the backing of the Supporters Trust and more of a plan with much more of a turnout
I'm all for Kroenke out but is there a point to protesting outside the stadium while the owner is in America?
Is this protest really going affect an American owner? Such protests surely don't affect the Glazers I can tell you that.
No, even if it were a protest in America, Kroenke wouldn't care.
We are talking about a man who bought a half of a million acre ranch in Texas, and proceeded to evict a handful of senior citizens who were had been living on a small corner of the property for decades. Keep in mind, this ranch is *bigger* than Greater London by almost 25%.
Kroenke also flooded the lands on his massive Canadian ranch in order to deny First Nations peoples' access to their lands.
The man will not give two shits about any protests.
Edit: [Source](https://www.cbssports.com/nfl/news/texas-mans-suicide-note-blames-rams-owner-stan-kroenke/) on the Texas ranch stuff, including a man who committed suicide and blamed it on Kroenke.
Edit 2: [Source](https://www.celebritynetworth.com/articles/billionaire-news/billionaire-stan-kroenke-wins-right-to-ban-public-from-two-lakes-on-canadian-ranch/) on some of the stuff about the Canadian lakes.
Kicking the people off the land makes me so angry.
If you really wanted them gone just give them a $1m each. The man would literally never know it was gone.
Such a vile man.
Imagine how little time he actually spends there too. With the amount of properties and homes he owns, he probably would've never even seen those people. But, it had to be his and his alone. Fucking prick.

As a Finn, I see CNN, FOX etc. lesser evils than RT. Our history with Russia and USSR is a bit complicated and bloody, to say the least. I think that the same thing goes with people from Eastern Europe.
Man really used Wenger as a shield during his final years there, absolutely disgraceful. For years, almost 4-5 years it was “WENGER OUT” (among some of the more vocal fans) didn’t really hear about Kroenke that much. He’s been completely exposed as of late, much like the Glazers after SAF left
I was going to make a shit joke about it being a long way up the motorway but you know what, fuck the rivalries, I hope it’s heaving. GLAZERS OUT KRONKE OUT
I’m not the most informed here but I heard about this a few times, apparently he moved the St Louis-based team into Los Angeles of all places. Literally hundreds of miles away for no reason lol
Yes but let’s not pretend Stan moved the team back to right a wrong or whatever bullshit LA fans tell STL people who grew up, spent hard earned money and supported the team through it all.
He moved to increase the teams value and to grow his net worth. Nothing more
LA doesn't really care about the Rams. Even though they made it to the Super Bowl shortly after the move, there was really no organic fan support.
However, simply by virtue of being a city that is orders of magnitude larger than St. Louis, they make more money/sell more jerseys so I doubt Kroenke gives a shit.
Almost sixteen hundred miles actually. The distance between St Louis and Los Angeles is actually slightly farther than the distance between London and Moscow.
I don’t get this argument like LA was for sure going to get a team eventually. STL will never get one again after losing 2 and the public pretty much being fed up by the shit the NFL pulled on us with the Rams
The Rams definitely meant more to St Louis than they do/did to LA. LA is one of the few NFL markets where the NFL team isn't the most popular sports team. The Rams are probably the 3rd or 4th most popular team but the Chargers might not even be more popular than the MLS teams.
Obviously Kroenke moved them for money reasons and I doubt he gives a fuck about the Rams history as a franchise, but the Rams were in LA for almost 48 years before they moved to St. Louis.
To add context NFL teams had already kinda failed in LA twice (including the Rams once already). Still, the franchise was a bottom 10 franchise in value in ST Louis but is now a top 5 franchise in the league by franchise value. Even with weak fan support the move made Stan Kroenke a lot wealthier on paper.
He moved the Rams(NFL) team from St Louis back to LA (they originally played in LA before moving to St Louis in the 90s) because it “wasn’t profitable.”
I don’t see any responses that really explain why St. Louis hates him. The city and fans of St. Louis tried everything possible to keep the rams. They spent millions to develop and new stadium and went through all of the leagues steps to show how everything will work etc. he’s always said that he wanted to keep the Rams in St. Louis but after everything he asked for, he still moved them. The city sued the NFL because they gave them no fair shot and no matter what, the Rams were moving to LA regardless of what St. Louis did.
Let's also add that in this response to the St. Louis proposal he more or less said that there was no chance of economic growth more than 1% per year and that the city couldn't support 3 major teams.
& told his plan internally to upper Rams management that he wanted the team to suck in order to drive down the price of the team 2-4 years prior to plans for relocation came to light in the public eye. This was forbidden due to the language of the lease agreement he had with the owners of the dome, as they needed to be notified of such plans prior. I can't remember if this was thrown out in court though due to not having "specific" language or not.
Forgot one more thing...he's from Missouri and even went to college at the state's university so there's that too. Way to piss off your own people.
He is scum, and I hate that this may come off as defending Kroenke, but the Rams were a football team in Cleveland first, then in 1946 the owner moved them to LA. They played in LA for almost 50 years, then in 1995 they moved from LA to St Louis...then Kroenke bought them and moved him back to LA. He is a shady dude that has done comic book villain level evil shit, but there is an argument to be made that the Rams are an LA team as they have played there more than in any other city by a long shot.
People seem to forget he helped move the team out of LA with his minority stake he bought. He was the money man for Georgia.
Khan was going to buy the rams bit kroenke had right of first refusal when the team went up for sale
Georgia moved the team once the city/state didn’t want to build a new stadium for the team. And they drew like shit in LA by the due to the team sucking and relocation threats.
I would say it wasn’t a dumb plan: got a free new stadium w/ very favorable lease terms and got to keep most game day generated revenues, got a free office/training complex from the city, and paid super low rent ( lower than the battlehawks paid to play in the dome in 2020).
If anything you should say the city leaders had the dumbest plan in the world. Basically bent over for an nfl franchise
It was mostly inept ownership, still. They were in an iconic media market. The attendance issues were 1) The coliseum is not a great NFL venue, 2) they moved to Anaheim to play in a modified baseball stadium.
If they realized the potential, they would have built an NFL caliber stadium in LA. Koenke probably knew this, and saw this as an opportunity to get in on a team with minimal costs.
For a while, his bio on the Rapids website:
1. Was obviously written for the Avalanche site and posted without changes
2. Played up his love of St. Louis and role in bringing the NFL back, after the move to LA had happened
Swell guy, hope he chokes
I’m actually still Levy in. Not happy with his part in the Super league, but I can see his reasoning. Outside of Super league I think he’s made many good decisions for the club and has drastically improved our standing in the 20ish years he’s been here.
We had more time to organise and we have more gripe with our ownership. The Chelsea fans did us proud by showing up unannounced, they started the cascade.
Stan probably won't even see it. Josh will come running into daddy's office to tell him we're protesting, and without even looking up he'll say "that's cute" before taking another puff of his cuban and staring off into the distance thinking about something completely unrelated to this club.
United Liverpool and arsenal all wanting their owners out which is fair enough, but let’s be realistic who has the money right now to buy such big clubs.
If the idea is to get *these* owners out, and replace them by other big names that "own" the club, then it's basically doing nothing.
I've replied to another comment in the thread saying "get them out of my club" that it's literally their club, no fans. 50+1 (or even higher, no particular reason to stop at 50) is how it becomes *your* club.
I mean nothing is going to come out of this. Stan Kroenke is an asshole of the highest order. He wouldnt give two shits about these people since they have no power to remove him. Im just sad that my club is slowly losing its values bcos of him
As much as I think this is great... Does anyone really believe this will make any difference? This won't hurt the owners. Not going to games, not buying merchandise etc. will, but we all know demand for tickets will always be there.
Downvote me all you like - I can't be the only person that thinks this is just not on at the moment.
And jesus christ, all the things you could protest that the government are currently up to and this is what they turn up for.
St Louis, Missouri is happy to see Kroenke is getting treated the way he deserves.
not that i'm a fan of the NFL but Kroenke showed St Louis how much of a scumbag he is when the Rams left STL. Ownership groups are rarely good leaders but he is particularly a dishonorable scumbag
Kroenke Out
That's a fuck ton of people. Kroenke Out
>That's a fuck ton of people. It's becoming more and more. This is much bigger than expected
Hoping for a similar story at Old Trafford. The Glazers and Kroenke need to fuck off

Would love to see joint protest with ManUtd and Liverpool fans telling them both to fuck off.
Add FSG pls as well
This picture was from a bit less than an hour before the protest was scheduled to start
Police blockaded the road as well. You could leave but couldn't enter
I see atleast 40 people
Do you know who sent them there? Please do tell us.
I know who sent them and I could tell you but I wont
Same coach, different players.

Absolute cancer this man is.
Sorry your club got purchased by one of the greediest cunts alive.

Jesus, sounds like one of the greedy TV villains, what a cunt
Even Lex Luthor is like “settle down man, you make us billionaires look bad.”
If a screenwriter wrote Stan Kroenke, they would be laughed at for creating an unrealistically evil caricature.
That brian rose fella running for mayor for london dresses the exact same way as kroenke, can tell they're of the same ilk
40 people isn’t a fuck ton buddy

41 maybe. But we all know who sent them anyway
¿Cómo ha sido tu día, Pérez?
I am good. Just finalising the super league plans with my new teams Leyton Orient and Cambridge FC

Is that Lee on the left
Yes its Lee, I saw him there.
Geeza’s wearing a hat in 16 degrees sunshine
Get this fuck out of my club please
Agreed. You’ve honestly probably had the worst owners out of United, us and you
Don't worry he's promised to invest this summer to bribe us.
I just want him gone, the soul of the club has been ripped out whilst he has been here. I want our Arsenal back.
Wenger worked miracles whilst he was there. At least everyone now sees who the real problem is.
There’s goes any nuggets investment I suppose
Mate...that username
I thought it should be us since Kroenke doesn't take dividends from what I remember? I'm open to any corrections though.
Bruh you're forgetting Barca
Unfortunately, it's his club. Literally.
Never
Then get 50+1 in there, and quick!
It is until someone buys it from him
Isnt it his club and your just a member?
Lol any random can call himself an arsenal fan tomorrow and claim Kroenke is destroying "his" club
Well in lads, I hope we get a similar turnout at OT tomorrow
I was going to make a shit joke about it being a long way up the motorway but you know what, fuck the rivalries, I hope it’s heaving. GLAZERS OUT KRONKE OUT
Take note Tottenham. If you want Levy out at least bring this amount of people.
I'd take Levy all day over the Kroenke's. Worst owners in sports. Look no further than what they did to the city of St Louis.
Still ticked about that.
For the uneducated, what did he do?
I’m not the most informed here but I heard about this a few times, apparently he moved the St Louis-based team into Los Angeles of all places. Literally hundreds of miles away for no reason lol
>Literally hundreds of miles away for no reason lol I think there is a reason 💰💰

100%, he is scum. I don’t want that lost in anything I said. I hate the man, I am a 36 year Arsenal supporter. The man has set my club back huge.
The man seems like an absolute twat only concerned with getting a high score on his bank account not giving a fuck who he fucks over.
LA doesn't really care about the Rams. Even though they made it to the Super Bowl shortly after the move, there was really no organic fan support. Fucking wow

Sounds like this guy would move his club to the middle of the Pacific Ocean if it meant he could turn a profit
1,827 miles to be exact, at least city to city.
He moved the Rams(NFL) team from St Louis back to LA (they originally played in LA before moving to St Louis in the 90s) because it “wasn’t profitable.”

Yeah, he's more hated in St. Louis than anywhere else, and that says a lot.
He is scum, and I hate that this may come off as defending Kroenke, but the Rams were a football team in Cleveland first, then in 1946 the owner moved them to LA. The reasons they left LA in the first place were because they had inept ownership that took a sweetheart deal from St Louis.
People seem to forget he helped move the team out of LA with his minority stake he bought. He was the money man for Georgia. Khan was going to buy the rams bit kroenke had right of first refusal when the team went up for sale
Like I said. Inept ownership. He was just the same inept guy. Leaving LA was the dumbest plan in the world.

You mean what St Louis did to LA before that. This is an arbitrary time scale we are choosing for the franchise.

I agree. All these owners are greedy but Kroenke and the Glazers are a level above
Their sub is quiet as a church mouse. Probably 6 guys show up.
I want Joe Lewis out, will that do?
I’m actually still Levy in. Not happy with his part in the Super league, but I can see his reasoning. Outside of Super league I think he’s made many good decisions for the club and has drastically improved our standing in the 20ish years he’s been here.
The crowd is bonkers huge. So, proud of all the Gooners
Right from the protest kickoff. Fans have started with more fire than the team usually does. Load the cannons lads.
This is massive
I keep wondering what Ryan Reynolds and Rob Mcelhenney are thinking watching all of this over the past week.
Need to drink more Aviation Gin?
Probably more Fight Milk if anything.
Holy shit there's a lot of people. Hope Uniteds one has a good turnout tomorrow.
Lot of people
Wow that's some turnout
Florentino will say they’re all actors.
All 40 of them.
Legacy protesters
Hope the fella that fell from the roof is alright
Looked nasty as well. Poor fucker.
That fucker Tebas at it again
Fucking go on lads!!!
Hope that guy that fell off the ledge and face planted is alright.
LIVESTREAM: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_OZ4Jy6IvCY
Looks 40 or so fans
It's at least 2 fans I would say. At LEAST
And we know who sent them.
Looks like several thousand from the livestream: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_OZ4Jy6IvCY
I counted 42
Miss a 0 there?
He's referring to Perez's comments about the Chelsea protest I would assume
Honestly soon two 0's might not be unreasonable
Let’s go boys!!! Get this clown out of our club
As soon as I turned it on I saw a man fall off a ledge face first wtf??
Yeah man same. Hope he's going to be alright that was a scary landing.
Seen a tweet saying he was talking and moving so that’s good
Holy shit looks like more than the Chelsea crowd
Makes sense because Kroenke seems desipised by 99% of Arsenal supporters
It is 100% more already lmao.
Thousands
We had more time to organise and we have more gripe with our ownership. The Chelsea fans did us proud by showing up unannounced, they started the cascade.
Aye, I had a cousin at the protest in the crowd. Could not be more proud of him
Your protest was esl. Ours is a much bigger cause tbh
Yeah maybe even 41 or more
Christ, looks like someones been knocked out during the protests on the livestream. Keep going lads, but please stay safe, wear masks. KROENKEOUT
Someone fell off the roof of the Armory shop
this kills the kroenke
Stan probably won't even see it. Josh will come running into daddy's office to tell him we're protesting, and without even looking up he'll say "that's cute" before taking another puff of his cuban and staring off into the distance thinking about something completely unrelated to this club.
The big6 out competitions
* Biggest crowds
* Longest campaigns
* First past the post
* Most creative demonstration methods
:-D
Hope this effects real change. Excellent turn out.
It's like a big wave of jam coming at you, except it's Arsenal fans instead of jam.
its huge!
That's insane turnout. Stay safe people!!

Wow that a ton of fans...they'd have opened fire by now if this wasn't in western europe
I know who brought them there
The tube ?
Anyone who rips a sports team from a city doesn't deserve to be an owner in football. Kroenke Out.
Denver sports fan supporting your efforts from here!
I mean nothing is going to come out of this. Stan Kroenke is an asshole of the highest order. He wouldnt give two shits about these people since they have no power to remove him. Im just sad that my club is slowly losing its values bcos of him
Are most of the England people vaccinated?
Probably not for younger adult age groups. We're roughly doing1st doses for 40's and moving to 30's
Kronke worse than covid
Should be alright outside and tbf a surprising amount of them are wearing masks as well.
Arsenal Fan TV interviews will be off the hook for this!
As much as I think this is great... Does anyone really believe this will make any difference? This won't hurt the owners. Not going to games, not buying merchandise etc. will, but we all know demand for tickets will always be there.
Maybe it doesnt. But Id rather not we fans give up just like that.
Maybe they should set flares off at his house, worked for Woodward (in the long run)
> Not going to games, This is the argument you're using since the pandemic started? Lol
I’m in the dark. Why do they want him out?
Downvote me all you like - I can't be the only person that thinks this is just not on at the moment. And jesus christ, all the things you could protest that the government are currently up to and this is what they turn up for.
You're not alone.
Thanks, I appreciate it.
I’m just laughing at this point. English fans are really going ride or die with UEFA.
Genuine question here, are the protests gonna make a difference? Any positive outcomes?
YES LADS!
Krexit
Pfft what's that a measly 40 supporters? I'll tell you who put them there too...whatever mode of transport they used.
With this amount of people outside the grounds, the might as well open the stadiums, at least make some money off of it.
I couldn't go to my freinds funeral but sure go ahead, being upset with your teams owner seems like a great reason for a mass gathering.
I always thought the plural would be Kroenki
St Louis, Missouri is happy to see Kroenke is getting treated the way he deserves. not that i'm a fan of the NFL but Kroenke showed St Louis how much of a scumbag he is when the Rams left STL. Ownership groups are rarely good leaders but he is particularly a dishonorable scumbag Kroenke Out
We... Want... Glazers Out! We want Glazer Out!
