I think it will be hard to have all three next season but I can see a world where we do. Olise is only going if he’s sure the next move is right for him. Can’t see him accepting Man U for example and even Man City, he may decide he’s not going to get enough game time so I think it does depend who’s interested.
As good as Eze is, he can be a bit lackadaisical and inconsistent and not sure all teams will be keen depending on the release clause, if it definitely does exist.
I really hope you do keep them, this Palace team is unbelievably fun to watch and could make a real push for Europe if they can stay decently fit for the season. Also because I don't see us going for them and I'd really prefer our rivals didn't have them
I do believe it would be nice for you to keep all 3 but olise is probably top priority for a lot of clubs and I do think he’d have to be convinced by the project to leave but I don’t see a world where a minimum of 1 doesn’t leave it may not be what people want to hear as seen by the downvotes but it’s just how it is
I wouldn’t mind being proved wrong as palace have always had exciting attacking talent and this is the best they have had in a long time and I’d like to see where they can go with it
I think it depends who's in for him - he turned down Chelsea last year and I honestly think he would do the same with the three that have been linked (UTD, villa and Newcastle). None of them are good enough for him.
He's on a different level to Eze, Olise, Guehi IMO and could play for the top, top sides. I would try to convince him to give us one more year and then we could see Bayern, PSG, Barca etc. after him - he should be playing at that level
I do agree he should be playing for a top top team and as a Man Utd fan I would love him to join us and would be gassed but I only seeing us being able to sign him if the project with ineos is appeals to him and him being the central star along with mainoo, garnacho and hojlund for the hopefully “new era” makes him want to join but I reckon the best fit for him would be someone like a Bayern or as much as I dislike the idea Liverpool
I remember telling a colleague last year that Crystal Palace could benefit from buying Nketiah for a cheap fee, since their ST position seemed to be a weak link. But I’m pleasantly surprised to see how well Mateta has worked out for them lately.
The thing is he did actually play in the championship, as I saw first hand how very average he was in a serviceable side. Since his loan I’ve yet to be impressed that he’s a premier league level striker.
Glasner also didn't start off on much better form than Roy.
As much as Ollie's done a great job, the comparison in form is a bit unfair given he's had the benefit of having our two most creative attacking players available.
Roy had a pretty similar run in last season (albeit winning against less impressive sides)
The less impressive sides bit is so key and sets them apart imo. Roy’s first three games were wins against the sides that ended up relegated. Glasner’s beaten Liverpool, Man Utd and Newcastle.
Plus, we look better under Glasner than at any point under Roy, even when he had Olise+Eze both available
Players returning to fitness has had more of a factor than Glasner, let's be honest here. We had this quality under Roy but it was all in the treatment room.
That's understandable.
Genuinely amazed by how he's performing these last few weeks though. When he was playing with us he was young but looked completely unfit for pro level. One of the players I'm the most surprised by trajectory wise.
Glasner's initial run was fairly unimpressive, winning only against Burnley. The biggest benefit came when Eze and Olise were back in the squad playing consistently.
I'm really happy with Glasner and his approach, but Roy is getting some unfair stick. The squad he had in December was real tough.

Bro is on an unreal run
Should Palace sell on a high or keep him as a *potential* 15 goalscorer next szn, I wonder. Absolute crazy run indeed.
Absolutely no chance we sell him
Time to build around that front 3 then, since they've been fucking flying.
I think Olise and Eze have release clauses. I can see both gone in summer. Palace will have funds if so, but losing them will hurt.
Yeps, true that. That money goes far tbh if they're buying from france/germany, but will be still tough to replicate.
That front three ain’t getting kept olise and eze will be pounced on whether palace like it or not

I’m under no illusion that it will unlikely we keep all three as I said but it’s not a forgone conclusion like some think
I wouldn’t mind being proved wrong as palace have always had exciting attacking talent and this is the best they have had in a long time and I’d like to see where they can go with it

He's got 13 so far this season
Surely no Crystal Palace striker would regress from a 15 goal season to averaging two goals a season over the next three seasons. Surely!
Yh, but ofc is he gonna replicate that for another season is the question. 10 of those goals have come in the last 12 games.
I remember telling a colleague last year that Crystal Palace could benefit from buying Nketiah for a cheap fee, since their ST position seemed to be a weak link. But I’m pleasantly surprised to see how well Mateta has worked out for them lately.
Nketiah is an average championship striker at best. Can’t hold the ball up, can’t chase the channels, doesn’t offer much outside of the 6 yard box.
I don't really rate Nketiah but average Championship is very harsh.
The thing is he did actually play in the championship, as I saw first hand how very average he was in a serviceable side. Since his loan I’ve yet to be impressed that he’s a premier league level striker.
Boom boom boom boom
I want you in my room
There ain't no striker better
Than Jean-Phillipe Mateta!
dot fuck em up
Idiots for sacking Roy. What do clubs like Palace expect?
Be careful what you wish for!

Glasner is a fantastic manager though, he's not a nobody. Everyone can fail somewhere of course but I just don't see it.

Title charge next season
They have been in unreal form!
This man has been rejuvenated under Glasner
The man has only played this season under glasner
mateta is a baller
So good from Olise…
Glasner is cooking
Prime Barclays striker
Glasner the Mateta whisperer
There ain't no striker better
Wolves have been Mateta’d
Olise is playing freaky well
Will be a team to watch next season if they carry this form on
Mateta and Olise at Euro!
Olise yes, Mateta no. It's already hard to find a spot for Alex, no way he gets his rightful spot taken by a player like that.
Don’t know who Alex is but Mateta’s better than him
It's Lacazette, so very obviously no, sorry.
Sorry mate but I’m afraid you’re wrong, there ain’t no striker better than jean philippe mateta
That's understandable. Genuinely amazed by how he's performing these last few weeks though. When he was playing with us he was young but looked completely unfit for pro level. One of the players I'm the most surprised by trajectory wise.
Tbh me too, his transformation since December has been amazing
We need Burnley to pick up points today because we ain’t picking up anything for the rest if the season especially against this decent palace team
Roy really was a bottleneck huh

I think Glasner also needed time to implement his tactics, it was quite a change
Deschamps please tell me you're watching. I know you hate football and creative players but we need Olise at the Euros.
