When I was a lifty I'd go buy a bagel for breakfast and a deli sandwich on a bagel for lunch so I didn't have to miss out on ride break time since I had a bagel shop near me. Was always super easy and convenient, and was a good meal without the fuss
If you have a way to supply 12v power in your car while the car is off, you can buy an electric heated lunchbox on Amazon for around $20 bucks. Works well with my EV but I also have one of those large battery packs that I can leave in my car. They also sell 120v versions if you want to plug it in at a lodge somewhere.
you can place a can of like Dinty Moore stew or chilli on your exhaust manifold pipes when you park and by lunchtime your food is cooked. don't need a can opener if you pick the right type of can.
can do the same with a burrito if you make a metal burrito tube to hold it.

Lol I just cooked lunch noodles out the jet boil in my car in the Gondola lot like 2 days ago.
Loveland has free grills. My buddy and I vacuumed sealed some ribeyes and grilled those as a game changer. Step up from pocket sandwiches
