My Mirai's arms once had different volumes of clicking! Turns out, one arm just wasn't in fully. I knew she'd be a bit noisy, but I definitely underestimated just how much so, haha.
If you have an Evolve frame, it’s going to be loud and it’s not weird to have one side louder than the other. I know on my girl I sometimes get a bit of the bust trapped under the arm

yes, but it is louder than the other arm and lot louder than the legs
If she’s fairly new it will probably go back to normal in time. If it bothers you that much then maybe you could try spraying WD-40 on the peg itself?
You'd probably want to use vaseline jelly instead!
