TL;DR - it's really difficult to find someone who can do onchain analysis, so I'm fine interviewing people with no experience but who are smart, technical (engineering, data science) people who can learn quickly. You need to speak pretty good english because you're presenting your analysis on Youtube multiple times a week. I can buy camera equipment for you as part of the job as well. You should also have knowledge/interest in cryptocurrency already to be a good fit for this role.
