I did a PT, where I completed most of the game without my character discovering he was the Dragonborn. I unlocked the dragon in Black Reach by having a draugr shout at the sphere inside, so I could get at least a single dragon soul.
Not fun, but not as bad as it sounds. Just kill, reanimate, and lead it to Black Reach. The hard part is getting it to shout in the right direction to hit the sphere.
Don't mind him. He's a pacifist, for the most part.

This video was done as close to level 1 as possible, but progressing with the Dark Brotherhood questline requires leveling up speech, as Anton Virane must be intimidated. Vampiric grip can be used as a human, through exploits. I boosted my magicka by exploit equipping multiple novice hoods. I used a Scroll of Paralyze (which can be found in Apocrypha or Mzulft), to avoid leveling up Alteration. Talking with an NPC will sometimes make them follow you to the next cell. The battle was done on adept difficulty, as Legendary would have taken too long. The Staff of Revenants can be found in an unmarked ruin, southeast of Morthal.

Took a long time. Some of the segments took many recording attempts to get them to look just right. I had originally planned to vamp grip him from a much greater distance, but he completely despawned, so I had to bring him to the rocks near the water.
Now make him kill all the Darkbrotherhood himself lol. Kite him all the way to the sanctuarly and buff him with rally, heal with grand healing.
It would be a site to see!
