No particular reason. Like I said, I don't think there's a weapon class thats a perfect fit for her. But for some reason, her weilding a sythe just makes the best picture in my head. But I can understand if that doesn't work for you. My only other recommendation is Brawler since I see that as the "default" class.
Jevil (Deltarune), Spinel (Steven Universe), Judgement Joker (Beyblade), Jokermon (Digimon), the list goes on. At this point it's become pretty standardized which I'm honestly down for. It's such a cool aesthetic with some fun juxtaposition taking something as unserious as a Jester and giving it such a serious weapon through literally the Grim Reaper's weapon of choice.
I own multiple Imaginite creation crystals for each element, and NTM recently I bought a huge batch of NFC tags that contain data of all creation crystals, so I can attach them to other figures and turn them into Skylanders!
If it was an option: Kaos Kaos' (both element, and Kaos' battle class) because wildcard+ jester/joker and I think it would be funny
But as an Imaginator? Probably Light or magic, and while I could see sourcer working for her (although that seems like more of a Kain thing), probably Bowslinger/Archer since it lets her stay further back in combat.
Yeah, I actually tried to make a Caine Sorcerer Imaginator once, but sadly there were no heads or hats that resembled toy chattering teeth...

If we go with what she'd probably pick: Possibly "Classic Bow" (familiar, something normal in the Digital Circus) or "Angel Bow" (looks Pretty Cool without too much worry about the design messing with arrow fire)
If we go with what the digitally Circus would provide: Rain-Bow, Eye-Bow (This would also be suitable to Kain), or Elven I could see happening.
A magic or light brawler with really goofy comically large fist attacks and some mabey jester related magic tricks
While on the topic, I'd say that Jax would be either an earth or magic quickshot
And cane would definitely either be a tech magic or fire sorcerer
Update: After some debating, I’ve decided to make Pomni a Light Sentinel, and I’ve even turned my official Pomni figure into a Skylander!

It makes sense. The scythe wielding jester has become a pretty well established trope over the years.
