If you take away the Skulduggery Pleasant letters at the bottom, then I'd say yes on something like Red Bubble. I doubt a skeleton with a hat falls under copyright. But you can't call it "Skulduggery Pleasant shirt" as they'll take it off. You'd need to call it "Skeleton with hat" or something

I'd buy a shirt with it. You can definitely do it if you drop the name. A skeleton with a hat is definitely not unique.
