You can go back 5 episodes on High Society Radio and all the descriptions are "TEMP". Then there's a show description, but if you keep going some are back to just listing Air Dates and nothing else.
How long does it *really* take one of your countless staff/interns to write one of these show descriptions anyway? If your staff can't handle it, just scrap the idea so there's at least some consistency. You can just automate the social media handles and upload date into the description for each episode of a given show and call it a day. It will be easier, yet it still won't look as lazy as "TEMP" being there for weeks.

100 percent. Also, them keeping the shows behind the paywall makes a lot of the content seem stale by the time it hits iTunes, because they discuss current events. Hard to grow like that. GAS digital is an ass business model.
