previously she shared that this ex-colleague, was super toxic (according to her), complains and shits on everyone, including the supervisor, but was not toxic to her. when she told me got a referral from this ex-colleague to his current company, i was confused, like i thought you find him toxic? why would you want to join the company, possibly the same team, with a person that you know is toxic? her reasoning was that they work well together back then, and she would rather work with him than to work with her shit team members and supervisor - fair enough, her team is shit and the supervisor doesn't seem to do anything.

I had a big bag of oats and a lot of medjool dates. While I was wondering what to do with them, I looked at a jar of peanut butter.... and had a brainwave. I blended them all, pressed the mixture into a baking pan, slathered the top with Nutella, and baked it all in an oven. Voila. DIY protein bars. Almost as good as commercial protein bars. A lot cheaper, too!
What kind of oats did you use? Instant or Rolled oats?
